How can I change my email address?
You can change your email address by emailing us at vip@beme.com.au and ask for your details to be updated. Please include details of your old email, new email and full name in your message.

How do I unsubscribe from BeMe eClub to stop receiving emails?
There are two ways you can unsubscribe from BeMe eClub.
Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email that BeMe has sent you.
Email us at vip@beme.com.au and ask to unsubscribe and be removed from our mailing list. Please allow 7 days for this to take effect.

BeMe Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund:

If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on full priced items, we will refund within 21 days if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and you have proof of purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty as a result of manufacturer error and proof of purchase is provided.

Exchange:

If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on full priced items, we will exchange or issue a credit note within 30 days if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and you have proof of purchase.

If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on sale items, we will exchange or issue a credit note within 14 days if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and you have proof of purchase.

For returns on lay-by items, the Refund and Exchange policy applies from the date of lay-by finalisation. BeMe stores will exchange, issue a credit note or refund an item if it is faulty as a result of manufacturer error and proof of purchase is provided.
