Terms and Conditions


Purchasing Ezibuy products from Beme

Ezibuy supplies Beme customers with products direct from their warehouse in New Zealand. Ezibuy products on Beme are available exclusively for Australian customers, they exclude GST and are subject to Australian Customs and Duties charges upon delivery.

Please note: Ezibuy products on Beme are excluded from all promotional activity and do not contribute to your seasonal rebate spend.


Shipping and Delivery

Ezibuy products are subject to the same great Shipping and Delivery services as our other Beme Online items, there are just a few details to note; 

  • You will still receive Free delivery when you spend $75 online and delivery within Australia for purchases under $75 will attract a $10 flat fee
  • Ezibuy products will be shipped separately from New Zealand. If you have purchased a mix of Ezibuy and Beme items, you will receive 2 parcels (at no extra charge of course)
  • Ezibuy orders over $1000AUD may incur customs charges and duties charged by the AU Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the AU Customs Service or its authorized service provider.
  • Your parcel will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods 
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.


Returns 

You are welcome to return your Ezibuy product for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges) within 30 days from the date you received your order, all you need to do is:

  1. Visit https://returns.auspost.com.au/beme and follow the prompts on screen
  2. Pack the garment/s in a shipping bag, along with a copy of your invoice and a completed Refunds Form.
  3. Pop the address label generated from the Australia Post website on the package and drop it in your local post box.

Please allow up to 15 working days for your return to be processed.

Please note: As Ezibuy products are available exclusively online we can not accept in store returns.

Products can be refunded if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and there is proof of purchase. The products will be inspected upon return and if in less than perfect condition, we may return the product/s to you. The exception to this is earrings, due to health and safety reasons, in which case a refund will not be given. Swimwear & Lingerie can only be refunded if it is unworn with the tags and hygiene strip still attached.

Incorrect Items or Faulty Goods: We will do everything we can to sort out issues with faulty items straight away. As soon as you discover a fault, phone our friendly Customer Care team on 1300 728 980. Have handy your order number and from here we will arrange for the faulty item to be returned free of charge. Once we receive the item back we will be in contact to let you know next steps. If we are sending you a replacement item, we will do so as quickly as we can.
